One course in two cities! The course targets students from both social and technical studies. They will partly follow different tracks. The focus of the first week is on discovering the state of the art in this field. The food safety summer school aims at developing specialist in food safety auditing in 2 weeks. The program includes a very intensive training and combines several approaches: interactive lectures, literature study, excursions. The goal is developing knowledge and competences on the field of quality and food safety and increasing awareness on several perspectives.

Students in this course will learn all about the EU and how funds projects are constructed and implemented.
