COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is a basic level response to the companies’ need for updated and well prepared Project Managers with solid knowledge of the modern human and material resources management techniques associated to the project accomplishment.

The course gives a flexible and practical approach of the Project Manager profession from the context of accomplishing his tasks up to the abilities he needs to develop. During the course a satisfactory analysis of the methods, techniques and tools for Project Management is accomplished.

TARGET GROUP

Undergraduate and graduate students willing to develop project management activities in their present and future working place.

COURSE AIM

To align the actual ‘management by projects’ needs of companies to the transmission to our students of the best practices in the market place of this discipline.
