Spanish for beginners – A1 level

The four-week course will be held at LaSalle, University Ramon Llull, Barcelona campus.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is perfect in case you want to make your Summer experience in Barcelona even more complete. Learn how to communicate in Spanish by taking our beginner course. The course will introduce you to the basics such as the alphabet, spelling, and Spanish phonetics. We will also deal with the numbers, nouns, the applications of the verb to be and to identify yourselves and describe experiences to others. At the end of this course you will be able to ask for information and give precise answers, you will also be familiar with the prepositions of place and the regular forms of the verb to be. Adjectives, shapes, colours and measures, interrogative pronouns, will also take part during these two weeks.

TARGET GROUP
Anybody who is interested in learning the language, beginners with no previous knowledge.
COURSE AIM
Gain basic knowledge and acquire the A1 (European level) level. This course is the equivalent to level A1 of the European Common Reference Agreement (MCER). You will be able to comprehend and use daily expressions as well as simple phrases to satisfy immediate necessities. You will be capable to relate to others as long as your orator talks clearly and slowly.
